The control room software has been damaged. The program looks like Python and will even parse correctly, but its logic is wrong. Find and fix the bugs so Bolt can restore all three control systems.

Debug the broken program

The program is meant to repair three systems using a while loop.

Three bugs are hidden in the code. Read each line carefully. Ask what value the program should start with, when the loop should continue, and how the counter should change.
Start with systems_remaining = 3
Continue while systems_remaining > 0
Reduce the counter and restore all 3 systems
